Barrie Line Dancing

So it seems we are again boxed in by snow and high wind drifting. Not just because of my lengthy drive but the low attendance expected, I feel it a wise move to cancel our Thursday evening dance. We have really been hit with storm after storm. I apologize to my dance family sweethearts. Hugs all. Stay home and stay safe .

Well dear line dance family and friends, I know it has been a long time since I made entry to this sight and I do apologize. It has been a troubled passed few years with the loss of my wife and side kick Grace in our dance club operations. Thank the Lord things have brightened up and we are active again. Some of our line dance family members mentioned how grateful they were that I started the Kick'n Ass dance club. I reminded them that I may have started things but it was the members that made it what it is today. I told them all I did was throw the pebble, they caused the wave. Pen in hand I wrote this too our line dance Sweethearts.
I threw a pebble into the water, people came to see, interest seemed to grow as they joined in with me.
As pebbles picked and pebbles thrown, the ripples turned too waves and more and more this wave has grown too what we see today.
Our gathered pebble throwers have become much more than friends as this family stands together is how this dance began.
Be proud of what you have built...pebble by pebble.💖

HI everyone! It was a wonderful dance event last Saturday 26th at the Thunder Beach Festival, many wonderful bands and entertainers playing good dance and clap music. The wagon rides stayed busy all day. One of the highlights of the afternoon was the lady cloggers team which reminded me much of our own line dance. These ladies worked in clockwork unison making moves that opened my eyes. Congratulations on a wonderful display ladies! I was amazed at the number of line dancers we had join in...and my many thanks too the cloggers for their participation. it was all so much fun and so many laughs were had. My thanks too Basil for the invitation to be part of this wonderful event.

Our many thanks to Jenn Dundas for allowing the Kicking Ass Line Dance Cub to participate in their Woman's Day gathering. What a wonderful bunch of dancers and all with a crazy sense of humor. My thanks to Jenn for the offer of breakfast and lunch.. The hall was a beautiful size with the air conditioning cranked..nobody left feeling cold..LOL!!
