This room offers some really good flexibility. The large window areas allow a great amount of sunshine to light up the room.

On the other hand, if you're watching a movie, simply draw those dark curtains and you've basically created your own in-home theatre. Much of a room's value is determined by its flexibility and the potential of what a new homeowner could do with it.

They may be trying a little too hard to turn this space into an office. Making the most of the space you have is commendable to a point, but would you want to work in that tiny little nook?

Having to make the decision between taking a dip in a beautiful pool or swimming in the crystal clear ocean would be a welcome dilemma for any of us. For the lucky owners of this home, it must be a daily struggle. Pretty good problem to have.

Rather than completely re-doing bedrooms as kids get older, why not use wall decals like these? Makes for an easy change as interests shift!

It takes a very specific buyer to see this kitchen and not be overwhelmed, let alone be into it. It's definitely nice to admire from afar though!
