One week of The Gentle Hand. Who has been bumpin? 🎧

Thought I’d share a little info-card about the third and final track of my EP, Mona. I wrote Mona about the novel Cat’s Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut.

Thank you for helping me write the solo section for this tune, and then ripping an epic piano solo over said section.

The third slide is from back in April, when .anthonisen and I got together to try and justly capture .prior ‘s fantastic artwork with our limited art-photography skills. Figured I would share so you can appreciate the full version of the piece that Beatrix created and generously lent to this project.

SO excited to announce that I’ll be playing next month to celebrate my upcoming release! It’s going to be a great night and I hope to see you there.

My new song, Sandcastles, has arrived 💃

Look at all these talented people who participated in its creation! Thank you to each and every one of them. Special shout out to .prior for allowing me to use her stunning artwork as the cover.

Sandcastles is a song I wrote when I was 17. It sounded a little different back then. Last year, when putting together my recording project, I decided to dust off this tune and transform it to reflect my current tastes. Here is the final result, please enjoy!

Less than 5 days until January 23rd, which is when my new song, Sandcastles, hits the market. Yippee!

Here are some digicam pics from when we recorded the tune. At least I think that’s what they are. My digital camera and I attended many-a Humber DS session last year, and the photos don’t have date metadata. So it’s possible that these are from a completely different session 🤔 anyways.
