To help our U16 and U18 athletes take their performance to the next level, we are also offering the opportunity to join us at Mind to Muscle for 8 weeks of strength and conditioning to launch iro your spring season!

Welcome to Barrie's first Rugby Academy!

We are currently accepting registrations for our first 10 week phase. Every Saturday, each age group will get a 2 hour training session at the Barrie Sports Dome run by our lead coaches.

U13 co-ed: 830-1030am

u15 co-ed: 1030 -1230pm

u17 co-ed: 1230 - 230pm

Cost is $500 for the 10 weeks of training and your Northern Performance shirt and shorts.

Maximum of 16 spots per age group. To register, please email Brandon with:
