Congrats to Kevin Harvick and Stewart Haas Racing on win #8 at Phoenix!! What a finish! That was some racin for sure! 4 races, 4 drivers have guaranteed their spot in the Chase! Harvick has just flat out dominated PIR, leading over 100 laps in each of the last 5 races here! Good Job boys! Next week we head to the 2.0 Mile Auto Club Speedway in Fontana CA!

Congrats to Brad Keselowski and his #2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion, getting team Penske their first win in their 50th Anniversary season of 2016!! It was Keselowski's 2 nd win at Vegas and the 18th of his career! The new down force package now has each manufacturer with 1 win in the first 3 races this year! Next week at Phoenix is going to be an excellent race! Don't miss it!

Las Vegas Motor Speedway is located about 15 miles north east of the Vegas Strip, in Clark County! This is the second 1.5 mile track of the season, and with NASCAR's new low down force package in it's infancy, you can expect those that ran well last week in Atlanta, to run well again this Sunday. Built in 1996, the Speedway sits on 1200 acres, and can host a variety of Motorsports events. A Drag Strip, an inside and an outside road course, a paved Oval known as the Bull Ring, and a dirt track, make Las Vegas Motor Speedway a very inviting race destination! Enjoy the Race!

Johnson wins in overtime at Atlanta Motor Speedway! The win is the 76th win of his career, tying him with Nascar Legend and Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Sr. for 7th on the All Time Wins list ! Johnson was all class, and did an extra victory lap displaying the iconic 3 out the window of his car, in respect to Earnhardt Sr. Johnson has at least 1 win in each of the last 15 years! Good win for Chevy!

Nascar coming at you from Atlanta Motor Speedway this weekend! If you visited the track in the early '60's, not much remains the same. Bruton Smith purchased the track in 1990, and it has been evolving ever since. A majestic structure on 887 acres, just 25 miles south of Atlanta, in Hampton GA, Atlanta Motor Speedway is one of the country's top sports, corporate, family, and entertainment venues. The 1.54 mile, quad oval, has 24 degree banking in it's 1/4 mile turns,a backstretch of 1800 Ft and a front stretch 2332 Ft long, making this one of NASCAR's fastest tracks. Scenes from Smokey and the Bandit 2, Six Pack and Stroker Ace were all filmed here! Enjoy the race!
