Fall in love all over again

This en suite washroom is stunning. These customers have incredible taste. I can’t take the credit for this design. Lol. From cutting out a side of the wall and adding a window to heated floors and even having a hydronic radiant towel heating bar to keep the towels nice and toasty. This washroom has it all. A quick simple bathroom reno can add so much value to a home. This was a beautiful change that the customer had us do on a home that was just purchased and needed some updating. What a difference and for a very reasonable price. Private message for more details.

Sometimes the changes are necessary to keep up with the ever changing market. Removing some old dated pillars, knee walls and arches can really change a look for the better. Take a look at the before and afters. Its pretty impressive.

Had another great opportunity to work with an awesome family up in the Barrie area to complete there renovation vision. We did a full master bedroom and ensuite washroom renovation. We also spruced up the main washroom. Here are some of the photo s. A mix of before and afters.

Check out this full kitchen reno done a couple mnths ago. Closed in a wall and opened up another non load bearing wall to gain maximum space and open up the area without breaking the bank. Removed the 18” bulkheads around entire kitchen, All new drywall, v***r barrier, electrical, pot lights, under mounts, range vent, 36” uppers, quartz tops etc.. The end result was impressive thanks to my team of incredible and professional tradesmen. Call me if you need a new kitchen makeover for a very reasonable price$$$$$.

This washroom was in serious need of a full makeover. I worked with the customers on this to maximize there space and design a customized washroom to suit there needs and change up there style a little. This transformation was pretty impressive.
