CCS Pool and Landscape

For those of us with 40' lots what a dream a yard like this would be! With a walk in stair and splash ledge this fiberglass pool is a great choice for all ages! We planned the patio layout to have just enough space for the clients' future cabana plans and we love how it all came together!

Highlights of this thoughtfully designed landscape include a grand staircase to access the lower yard from the pool deck, a custom steel and vinyl liner pool with geometric corners and a deep end ledge, a contrast border surrounding natural stone coping, and expansive patio. Our homeowner clients are gardeners so we included lots of garden space around the pool so that they can continue to make their mark on on this beautiful property. One of our favorites and great clients to work for!

From curb appeal to a backyard paradise! Our Springwater client made some fantastic design choices and our talented crews did an amazing job bring the vision to life!

Our Aurora client had an outdated pool and patio area which was completely renovated and expanded by our team - what an amazing space they have now for a quiet retreat or for entertaining a crowd! We updated the pool with a new liner, updated plumbing and equipment, installed new pool coping with an expanded patio featuring modern grande pavers, and we updated the garden areas and added a firepit for cool summer evenings. The design process is a little different working around existing features but it is worth the time planning for a space as perfect as this one!

A fantastic layout on an estate lot in Simcoe County. With clean modern lines this fiberglass pool is a perfect all in one combo with a built in spa and tanning ledge suitable for in pool loungers. We surrounded the pool with an expansive patio, gardens, a putting green area... and installed a wrought iron style pool fence to meet bylaw requirements while still providing an open expansive feeling in the pool area. Lakeside luxury in Barrie! Working for some fantastic clients this yard was a multiple award winner and has so many great features! We started with a custom pool featuring walk in stairs, a tanning ledge and multiple water / fire features for a resort like ambiance. A half court, covered lounge area, expansive patio, putting green, gardens, and tons of lighting mean this yard can be enjoyed day into night.

What a beautiful Monday! Our crews are busy working on our first few installations of 2026 and it will be a few weeks before we have photos of those sites so for now - here is one from our highlight reel! This pool is a custom 18'x36' steel and vinyl with a 9'x9' in pool lounge area and walk in stairs. We installed an expansive patio, gardens, and some evergreens to add privacy on the open side of the yard. Stay tuned for more inspiration as pool season is right around the corner!

We typically start with a site meeting to look at your yard, elevation, and access, then work with you to come u p with options that suit your space and lifestyle.

Working on a sloped site can bring challenges but also opportunities! At this site in Oro Medonte we were able to add some beautiful raised gardens and a firepit patio area which created a beautiful focal point from the upper patio near the house. The pool here is 16'x36' and our clients elected a dark blue and "liner over" side entry stair option to maximize the shallow swim area.
