π° Attention Water & Wastewater Workers π°
The provincial government is pushing legislation that could undermine public water services, put good jobs at risk, and weaken local democratic control.
The people who operate, maintain, and protect our water and wastewater systems know what's at stake. That's why we're bringing workers together from across Ontario to talk about these changes, what they mean for our communities, and what we can do about them.
CUPE members have been at the forefront of the fight to keep water public. Now it's time to make sure every water and wastewater worker has the information they need and a voice in the conversation.

The OMW Committee wrapped up their retreat by standing in solidarity with OSBCU and education workers currently at the bargaining table.
Across Ontario, the Ford government continues to undermine public services and erode the democratic rights of workers and communities.
As union members, we know that an injury to one is an injury to all. Municipal workers stand with education workers.
Together, we will organize, mobilize, and fight back. Public services matter. Workers matter. Democracy matters.
Solidarity forever.
