1 Hour Signs

1 Hour Signs is an independently owned, small business providing graphic design and signage solutions to Barrie and surrounding area since 1996. We offer large format printing on various vinyl materials and application onto rigid substrates as well as cut vinyl graphics for various applications.

Our small, dedicated team focuses on providing quality, custom signage and design services, and customer service that makes clients feel like a part of the 1 Hour Signs family.

- The Job -

This is a part-time entry level position with possible movement to full-time and flexible hours. Some experience in the field is an asset but not required. We are willing to train in the areas of experience applicants may lack. 1 Hour Signs it is a fast moving, hands-on work environment, where you are part of a small team. Graphic design is the focus of this position but some production duties will be included (sending files to print/cut, assisting in applying graphics to substrates) as well as communicating with clients.

Education and Experience

- Degree in Graphic Design or production not necessarily needed but an asset (may ask for proof of proficiency if education is absent.) Students welcome
- Work experience not needed but an asset
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel an asset
- Experience with ONYX Thrive RIP software and Cutting Master an asset but not needed
- Customer Service and Communication skills

Portfolio or other proof of skills may be required.
