A good cookie is all about the process of making it.
I freeze my dough balls and bake from frozen this gives the giant cookie you see at my stall, they are then stuffed and decorated to make them look pretty 😍

Dubai Pistachio was a hot commodity last time it was at the pop up.
It’s coming back for June 13th this time in a vanilla white and milk chocolate chip dough packed with pistachios stuffed with that creamy pistachio kataifi.

Everyone always asks me my favourite, this is it!!!
