I think the hardest thing about having a lockdown in the winter is that there is little inspiration to still go outside and do something. So looking forward, lockdown or not, I’m definitely looking forward to just existing outside, warm, and enlightened. Also looking forward to the water again. Can never go wrong there.

Island and coastal life is a bit different. But the produce off of these boats are always amazing. I remember as a kid getting Halibut from a boat similar to this in Comox. Good stuff! Did you grow up around the ocean, lake, or landlocked?

Summer fun. It was great to get outside today and enjoy what there is to offer.

The roads sure are empty these days. But with things starting to reopen I feel like that is going to change shortly.

Its the long weekend and it has finally brought us some nice weather. Lots of people are outside. What are you doing this weekend to be actively enjoying the weather whilst social distancing?

Today marks the 4th anniversary of the passing of Stevie Smith, one of Canada's greatest downhill mountain bikers. To honor this him I got a tattoo last year and I get on my bike this day every year and just try something a little different. So even today, as it continues to snow, you'll find me on my bike. This year will unfortunately be by myself, but to honor him I encourage you to get out on your bike too.

Who knows what Mother Nature is thinking here in Ontario. It’s May 9th and it’s a blizzard outside. So instead it’s time to daydream about somewhere warm and beautiful. Somewhere like Hawaii. 🥰🥰🥰
