On occasion, we get these wonderful hand-written notes from guests. The irony of course is that we can also get very negative, nasty reviews from guests occupying the exact same suite with the exact same amount of service, exact same amount of cleanliness and exact same amount of amenity that we provide. And sometimes they've paid even less!
