A different version of my weekend plunge with added dialogue of cold water benefits and equipment used. Probably didn't cover every single benefit since there is is always more to learn. I didn't talk about breathing at all because it is just 2nd nature to me now but it is a practice I did before my plunges when I first started to control the anxiety and stress of the event at the beginning. It is truly a born again experience and I encourage anyone who hasn't tried it yet to give it a shot this cold water season.
