Built a custom pool shed for a client and finished it off with some black siding! Turned out great! 👌🏼

Converted a single washroom into two separate washrooms, and roughed in the plumbing to make it all happen.

Out with the old, in with the new!

• Ripped out the old kitchen flooring and laid some new tile, • Removed the existing patio doors and replaced it with a new kitchen window with black frame and added base cabinets for more counter top space and storage,
• Added backsplash,
• All new lighting,
• and replaced living room window with new window with black frame.

Pool house change room and Sauna! Just waiting on the electrician to hook up the heater and than these clients will be sweating!!

Cedar deck on roof membrane with 2% slope. Sleepers ripped on the 2%slope to net out a level deck for their enjoyment. 3rd floor roof top off master bedroom with a fire pit. Not a bad way to enjoy a glass of with with you significant other

Bathroom Reno for our buds over at . His new house in Oro needed some love in the bathroom to flow with the rest of the main floor Reno. I think we knocked the inspiration board outta the park! Enjoy getting out of the hot show on a cold morning to a nice heated floor😃

3rd and 4th deck completed off this monster house in . 45’x18’ party pad off the living room with a built in bbq and fire pit, not a bad way to spend your weekends relaxing by the pool!

Built one new deck off the master, it’s ready for glass. That deck was installed with hidden fasteners and the pro plug system. Clients didn’t realize that pro plug was an option so previous deck builder used construction screws to screw down boarder 👎“solid boards” (view last two pics). came through and corrected that for them.

Extira MDF custom jamb/casing. Job for our friends over DMCH Custom Homes.
