Honey Yogurt Bread Rolls
Soft, slightly sweet, and perfect for sandwiches—these Honey Yogurt Sandwich Rolls are light yet sturdy enough to hold your favourite fillings. The yoghurt makes them extra moist, while the honey adds a subtle sweetness.
Ingredients;
For the Dough:
3 ½ cups (440g) all-purpose flour (or bread flour for a chewier texture)
2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast or instant yeast
1 cup (240ml) warm milk (about 110°F/43°C)
½ cup (120g) plain yoghurt (Greek or regular)
¼ cup (60ml) honey
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp salt
For Topping (Optional):
1 tbsp honey + 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
Sesame seeds or coarse salt for garnish
