This summer, she’s offering a small-group Strength & Mobility program for women — perfect if you’re new to strength training, returning after a break, or already working out and want to stay consistent through the summer.

I’ve been hearing about these “Protein Pop-Tarts” for a while and honestly… I was curious enough that I kept looking for them myself 👀

So yes — this is my photo.

And this is exactly why food marketing is so powerful.

The word “protein” on the front of the box immediately makes the product feel healthier. But adding protein to a highly processed food doesn’t suddenly make it a healthy choice.

Marketing is designed to influence what we believe is “good for us.”
That’s why we can’t rely on packaging to make health decisions for us.

Real protein comes from real food:
✔ eggs
✔ Greek yogurt
✔ chicken
✔ fish
✔ beans
✔ nuts and seeds
Not clever labels and buzzwords.

Don’t let the front of the box make the decision for you.

A quick summer class update — the 5:00 p.m. class is almost full, so I’ve opened a new 4:00–5:00 p.m. class.
