What happens when we step away from the noise and come back to what matters? 🌿

We gather. We learn. We move. We listen. We get our hands dirty. We share food, stories and ideas. We meet our neighbours. We spend a day outside, together.

That’s Life on the Land.

A free community gathering rooted in something we could all use a little more of: connection.

Connection to the land.
To ourselves.
To each other.
And to the community around us.

Last year, more than 150 people joined us for a day filled with workshops, teachings, movement, music, food and experiences led by incredible people from our community.

And on September 12, we’re doing it again. 🤎

No experience needed. No expectations. Come for an hour or stay for the day. Bring your kids, bring a friend, or simply bring yourself.

❤️🤍 Happy Canada Day! 🤍❤️

Today we’re celebrating the beauty of this country, the strength of our communities, and the privilege of caring for the land we call home.

Every day, we’re reminded that nature has a remarkable way of bringing us back to ourselves. Whether it’s through quiet moments outdoors, meaningful connection, or time spent with those we love, we hope today offers you space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

We hope you’ve had a joyful, peaceful Canada Day. 🇨🇦❤️

We believe every person deserves access to spaces that help them feel seen, supported, and safe enough to grow.

Healing should never be reserved for only those with the right circumstances, resources, or opportunities. Every person is born worthy of living a full, connected, meaningful life and sometimes, the path back to ourselves simply requires the right environment, the right support, and the space to breathe.

That is why this work matters to us.

Through land-based programming, connection, community, animals, nature, creativity, and shared experiences, we hope to create opportunities for people to reconnect with themselves and discover what healing can look like in their own lives 💛
