This is a great story. We love hearing about people who find this amazing place as enchanting as we do.

The Brooks Connection: A 50-Year Spring Ski Tradition in Banff & Lake Louise The Brooks Connection, a yearly spring ski trip of close buddies crossing three provinces for a weekend of antics both on and off the slopes. They have unwavered with their annual Banff reunion, never missing a beat in 50 years.

It's almost time for Black Bears and Dandelions!
The Black Bear is a medium-sized bear native to North America. It is the continent's smallest and most widely distributed bear species. Black bears are omnivores with their diets varying greatly depending on season and location. They typically live in largely forested areas, but do leave forests in search of food. Sometimes they become attracted to human communities because of the immediate availability of food. The black bear is the world's most common bear species.

Thank you to Banff Photography for the photograph!

We spotted this guy out for stroll in the dandelions a little while ago. I wonder if mom ever gets mad about the grass stains?
