Many believe that Dyno tuning isn’t worth it if you haven’t done any performance work to your engine. Reality is bikes come from the factory with stock tunes that run lean. Bike runs hotter, air fuel ratio is off and doesn’t run efficiently. After Brad adjusted the tune the bike has better throttle response, runs cooler and improved the HP and Torque across the entire rpm range making for better ride-ability and reliability.

2016 CVO softail hitting the Dyno this morning. Third Dyno this week, 2 more waiting on the sideline for their turn.
Nothing like a properly tuned bike for the road!!!!
This was Friday night tune session at 830pm. Getting things done. Started out a complete stock 103 with 130,000 kms. Installed fuel motor 2-1-2 head pipe and jackpot mufflers, 107 big bore kit, s&s cylinder oilers, 58 mm screaming eagle intake, fueling cam plate and oil pump, rebuilt crank, JPrecision stage IIB heads and a woods 777 cam
Before 62 hp and 83ftlbs
After 105hp and 112ftlbs.

Someone’s getting some added improvements. A 107 big bore from the crank up. Rebuilt crank and performance head work, woods 777 cam, fueling cam plate and pump, fueling injectors, Arlen Ness hi flow air cleaner, fuel moto head pups and jackpot mufflers and more. Be in the Dyno later today!!!
