December is a busy month for everyone

reminder of my cancellation policy

as well as I’m not able to book in weekly appointments, I’m now already fully booked for the month of December.

Regular clients will be booked in as usual.

I’ll be out of office all next week, you can still call, message, DM or text to book, cancel, and reschedule appointments. Reply time May be slightly longer but I will get back to you as quickly as possible!

It’s a bit messy outside of the office today (and until mid November) as a new water main is placed. 🚧 Our laneway will remain open, if you do arrive and the north west laneway happens to be closed, the east laneway (closer to aylmer tire office) will be open, parking 🅿️ will remain the same as always though it may be busier.

please give yourself extra time for your appointment arrival and be careful in the parking lot!

Out of the office but still available to answer messages and calls, these just may not be returned as prompt as when I’m in the office!

All appointments that need to be cancelled or rescheduled need a minimum 24 hours notice, this is to be able to contact clients on wait lists etc to fill these appointment times.

Less than 24 hour notice can result in a 50$ to full appointment cancellation fee.

Please be kind, and remember small business owners and those who are self employed depend on you! While we’re here to serve you the absolute best we can we do have families and homes to take care of, please be considerate of our time.
