Behind the highlights, medals, PRs, and game days, there’s often pressure that people don’t see.

High performance sport can come with relentless expectations, fear of failure, injury, burnout, identity struggles, and the pressure to always push harder.

You train your body for performance — your mind deserves support too.

Therapy can help athletes navigate pressure, process setbacks, build resilience, strengthen confidence, and create space to be more than just their performance.

Because mental strength isn’t about carrying everything alone.

🏅 You are more than your sport.
🧠 Your mind matters too.

Summer can be one of the best times to start therapy ☀️

Recently a colleague posted about how summer is very beneficial for therapy . And it couldn’t be more true !

With longer days, shifting routines, and often a slower pace, summer creates space to reflect, reset, and focus on yourself. Whether you’re navigating burnout, relationships, life transitions, anxiety, or simply wanting to feel more grounded, therapy can help you build tools and insight before the busyness of fall returns.

It’s also a great time to:
🌿 Create healthier routines
🌿 Process stress from the first half of the year
🌿 Strengthen relationships and communication
🌿 Reconnect with yourself outside of work or school demands
🌿 Prioritize growth, healing, and rest

You don’t have to wait until things feel overwhelming to seek support. Sometimes the quieter seasons are the perfect time to begin. 💛

I’m on supply pick up duty today and I do not feel qualified 😂😂

Walking around Home Depot going “where is my husband”

And yes I had to call him to send me the picture of the item online 😂😂

Therapy doesn’t always have to happen within four walls. 🌿

Walk & Talk sessions with Kelsie offer a unique way to combine movement, fresh air, and conversation in a supportive therapeutic space. Many people find walking side-by-side can help reduce stress, ease anxiety, encourage openness, and create a greater sense of grounding and connection.

Benefits of Walk & Talk therapy may include:
• Reduced stress and tension
• Improved mood and mental clarity
• A more relaxed and natural setting for conversation
• Gentle movement that supports emotional wellbeing
• Feeling less “stuck” both mentally and physically

Walk & Talk sessions are now available with Kelsie at an agreed upon location.
