Another successful year is in the books for the Amherst Home Show!

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Town of Amherst, NS for their continued support as a major sponsor of this event. A special thank you goes to Dave Hirtle for his invaluable assistance in organizing the show and for always being someone I could count on throughout the planning process.

I would also like to recognize our dedicated volunteers: Trevor D. E. Trevor D E Gaillard , Sharon Joyce Taylor , Anna Taylor , and Allison Taylor, whose time and efforts helped make this event a success.

A huge thank you to the Cumberland All Stars Cheer Group for their enthusiasm and hard work selling raffle tickets and helping raise funds for two incredible organizations: After The School Bell Food Program and the Amherst Food Bank .

I would also like to thank all of the businesses that participated in the event and supported these deserving charities through their involvement.

And now, the results: thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and attendees, we raised just over $24,000 for these two charities and collected 920 pounds of food.

Finally, thank you to everyone who attended the Amherst Home Show and contributed so generously. Your support continues to make a meaningful difference in our community, and we are grateful for your commitment to helping those in need.
