I'm running a spring bootcamp! Don't let the word bootcamp scare you, all levels of fitness are welcome. I will have circuits planned and different options available to accommodate all!

Register and payment for sessions required by may 19th. Drop-ins do not have to prepay but are required to still register the day prior for the class.

I will be running this on April 22nd and April 29th 1-145 pm at Kindersley Early Years Family Resource Center. Registration is required, please register through this organization! Childcare provided and spots are limited! Kindersley Early Years Family Resource Centre

Last minute appointments available tomorrow (Feb 24) in Kindersley. Pelvic floor or any other physio needs!

MOBILITY AND STRETCHING CLASS

I will be running a 6 week session. Here are the details!

Time: 7-745pm
Place: Merid and Magna Historic Retreat
Day: Sunday's from Feb 15-March 29th (no class March 1st)
Cost: $90
Class consists of primarily chair-based exercise with optional standing and mat exercises.
