With a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy and over a decade of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals through every stage of their journey. From pelvic health concerns to treating orthopedic conditions, I’m here to empower you on your path to wellness.

I’ve been very excited by the positive feedback on the name I’ve chosen for my business. It’s been described as cute and concise, and many have been curious about why I chose “P**a”. So, let’s dive into it!

In Portuguese, “P**a” means kite. It’s a beloved accessible toy among children in Brazil, whether they’re playing at the beach, in a park, or even in the favelas. 🪁

But “P**a” is more than just a noun to me. It’s also the name of one of my favourite places on Earth! It’s a little piece of paradise by the Atlantic Ocean in the northeast region of Brazil. It holds a special significance for me, as it’s where my husband and I chose to spend our honeymoon. Check it out! 🏖️

P**a Physio, inspired by the kite, embodies qualities like focus and determination, which are essential for navigating life’s changing winds. Our mission is to elevate, uplift and empower individuals on their wellness journey, providing them with the freedom to regain independence and soar towards optimal health.
