Hi everyone. As we approach the middle of April, my studio will remain closed for alterations. This will allow me time to get caught up on my memory work: bears, quilts and pillows. All the best to each of you and I look forward to taking on your projects again soon. Xoxo Sue

About a year ago, Becca suggested I join the Loose Ends Project. This international organization matches volunteer crafters with people who have an unfinished project, usually started by a loved one who has passed. I thought it sounded like a great idea so I joined. It took about 6 months to get my first project and as there is no time limit for completion, I have worked on it when I am able. The title of this one was “Stabilize a Gift of Love”. I just finished it this evening and hope the recipient is happy with my work.

I’m afraid that I won’t be able to take on any new projects at all - likely till spring. I truly appreciate all the business you send my way and look forward to serving you all again next year. With all best wishes. Sue

Three years ago, I designed a Peter Rabbit quilt for an expected child. Now as that baby moves to her big girl bed, she does with matching pillowcases and a matching bear. They're on their way to Orangeville.
