Caring for someone you love can be rewarding โ but everyone needs a break sometimes.
Carebridgeโs Respite Care Program provides short-term support for seniors while caregivers take time to rest, run errands, attend appointments, or simply recharge.
Services may include:
โ Companionship
โ Meal preparation
โ Grocery shopping
โ Light housekeeping
โ Laundry

Whether you're brand new to the game or looking to sharpen your skills, this welcoming, small-group program offers a fun way to build confidence, concentration, strategy, and critical thinking through the game of chess.

Join us on Saturday, June 20th for a fun summer outing to the Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival at Mooneyโs Bay!
Experience the excitement of race day, enjoy the lively festival atmosphere, and relax by the water with friends. Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair for seating. Food vendors will be available on-site, or feel free to pack your own lunch.

When we talk about the 15 units at 63 Halton Street, we arenโt just talking about construction milestones, square footage, or energy metrics. We are talking about stability, safety, and peace of mind.
For a parent, it means knowing their children have a permanent, quiet place to do their homework. For an individual with mobility needs, our ground-floor accessible units mean living with independence and dignity. For everyone moving in this fall, it means relief from the stress of housing insecurity.
