It’s funny how many “modern health hacks” are really just old wisdom with a new name.

Sunlight.
Real food.
Early nights.
Strong community.
Time outside.

Our great grandparents didn’t call it biohacking…

They just called it life.

Maybe the future of health isn’t more complicated systems.

Maybe it’s remembering the simple things we forgot. 🌿

This is a portion of my blog post from yesterday…may we always be ready to give an answer for the hope that is in us with meekness and grace.
Each time I see an empty chair
I see a legacy of Christ that won't be left,
I hear hymns that won't be sung,
I see little children that won't hear of the kindness of Jesus,
I weep at the thought of the worship that won't be given for our Lord & Saviour,
I see lives that won't be lived as a light for Jesus Christ,
I see souls that will miss the gates of heaven,
I see sinners that won't find redemption,
I see religious people that won't find salvation by grace,
I see lost eternities,
I see broken hearts that won't be mended by the love of Jesus,
I hear prayers that won't be prayed,
I see seeds that will go unplanted and fields of the heart that will go unplowed,
I see glory for God that won't be given,
I hear verses that won't be memorized,
and fellowship that won't be had,
I see people that won't be freed and generations that will not be forever changed.
