Stripped down and smoothed out. I just need to fill in some low spots and trim three millimeters off of the front (the pencil lines on the front will be the cut lines).

Shaving off the kits details on the top jaw box.

Almost there,….

Just two more to go after these.

The speed of a Ferrari and the strength of an 8Rad,…. better look out for the Hunk of Junk!

A cordless drill also doubles as a small lathe.

I made a couple F1 parts out of some styrene tube. I pushed two bearings into some plastalina to create a mold for the con-curved cap,…. I’ll punch the end out with a hole punch once the plastic has cured.

A couple more for the collection of parts!

I think I got it close.

DONE.

A little project,…. that’s in between projects.

Hand grabs are bent….. on to eight,…. possibly ten styrene details to be crafted.

Four deck extensions

Disassembled and saturated in brake fluid to remove the paint.

Detailed the missing parts and upgraded the hand grabs with brass rod.

Sprayed with primer.

Followed with a flat black undercoat and then a rust red.

Painted, applied the decals, weathered and finished off with a flat spray.

Just need to make the loads of lumber with the MacMillan Bloedell branding.

I think that’s a little better.

A little bit of progress on the Falcon.

I made a few details and I cast multiple pieces of each. These will be applied to the top jaw box and the top turret disk.

The details for the turret disk is just an upgrade to what I previously glued on.

I also have the two F1 boxes glued in place.
