The Boreal fleet is growing fast - and looking sharp doing it!

With our newest wrapped and fully outfitted service van hitting the road, our Sprinkler division is now rolling 7 trucks deep 💪. Add 3 Fire Alarm trucks and 2 Suppression techs, and our ITM (Inspection, Testing & Maintenance) team is officially 12-strong and dialed.

Big shoutout to for crushing the wrap and design, and to for keeping our fleet running smooth.

What started as a 60-min talk turned into 2.5 hours interactive discussion of fire pump setups, PRV zoning, sprinkler & fire alarm —and how to properly address the often overlooked issues we see in the field.

What an exciting week it’s been here at Boreal! At this years Awards Gala, we were awarded the BOMA Certification of Customer Service Excellence.

Founder was also awarded the 2022 BOMA Emerging Leader Award and will go on to represent Edmonton on the national scale at the 2022 BOMEX conference in Halifax, NS.

What is our WildFire Sprinkler System?

Making moves! Boreal Fire Protection Inc. has proposed an innovative, WildFire Sprinkler System design *Patent Pending* and solutions for the installation of a 4.5km semi-permanent sprinkler system that shall enhance the fire guard of the Jasper townsite. Existing fire guards are often cleared forest features that combine tree removal and prescribed fire to reduce WildFire risk to communities and developments. The sprinkler line shall be used during periods of elevated fire danger to apply water to live fuels and provide a frontline water source for our responders in emergency situations. This shall effectively reduce the receptivity to fire brands and facilitate fire control operations where installed.
