What a beautiful and powerful day at the 3rd Annual Kujenga Family Wellness Fair: Ustawi Futures. 🤎
We are still feeling the joy, connection, and energy that filled the space as families, caregivers, youth, Elders, and community members came together in celebration of wellness, culture, and community care.
From engaging workshops and cultural performances to meaningful conversations, children’s activities, and community resources, the day reflected the heart of what Kujenga stands for: thriving families and thriving communities.
To everyone who attended, supported, performed, facilitated, and contributed in any way, thank you for helping make this year’s fair such a meaningful success. We are deeply grateful for the love, presence, and shared commitment to healing and connection.
We look forward to continuing to build spaces like this with our community.

Family is not always perfect, but it is often where love learns patience, care, and understanding.
It’s where we grow, even through challenges, and learn what it means to show up for one another in meaningful ways.
May 15th is the annual International Day of Families, proclaimed by the United Nations to raise awareness of family-related issues and celebrate the importance of families worldwide.
This International Day of Families, we celebrate the bonds that shape us and the people who feel like home.
A reminder to cherish the moments, big and small, that bring us closer together.
