Try the Miami Bridges trail, a short forested walk under moss covered trees, lined with old-style lamps and over 9 bridges. Note: many bridges have stairs so this walk is not suited for wheelchairs or baby strollers. Housing correction could see prices drop nearly 25% by end of 2023: Desjardins In its latest residential real estate outlook published on Thursday, Desjardins says it's expecting a sharp correction in the housing market, adjusting its previous forecast that predicted a 15-per-cent drop in the average home price over that same period.

Another construction status update for our followers :)

B1: Unit 61-64
-Finishing up the exterior of the home. Landscaping is set to happen in 3 weeks time.
-Next week we will start laying out the flooring for the first floor.

B2: Unit 60-57
-Working on insulation right now.
-Drywall to happen next week

B8: Unit 5-8
-Retaining walls and forming all completed.
-Framing to happen next week

B9: Unit 9-12
-Forming finished, Retaining walls need to be installed.
-Framing to be done in 3 weeks time.

B18: Unit 43-44
-Damp proofing and concrete wall to be installed

B17: Unit 39-42
-Currently working on the forming for the first floor.
