December has hit us full force! Please be prepared for anything with blankets in your vehicle and a candle and matches. Here is a little info for you on what to do with this cold!

Stay safe in the cold weather. Dress in layers, cover exposed skin (don't forget ears, nose and fingers) and limit your time outdoors. Children can be especially vulnerable as they don't regulate their body temperature as well as adults and may not recognize the signs of dangerous exposure to cold as quickly.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to let you know I am still teaching but it is looking a little different. My classes are smaller, lots of space between participants and a whole lot of cleaning before, during and after! Masks are required. Let me know if you are needing a course. All extensions given by Red Cross on certificate expiry dates have ended. I’m happy to help get you certified and am doing my very best to keep us all safe! Thank you for your ongoing support!

Welcome to Heart month! Is there a better time to think about your cpr certification? There are not too many Feb dates left but I’m booking into March!

Hi Friends! October has been a busy month and I’m now booking into November and then January! Check your cards for your expiry dates. You don’t want to have to redo the whole course if you just need a recert!

Let’s start our fall off right! Learn the basic life saving skills in a CPR course or take it one step further and add the First Aid too! The option is to do a two day course with your company or there is an awesome blended learning option: online coursework at your own pace and then one session of all skills!!! Who learns best by doing? 🙋🏻‍♀️. Message me for details!
