Our Exercise with Parkinson's class is back up and running! Meg is now offering 2 levels to ensure each participant is appropriately challenged. Classes are a mix of boxing, cardio, strength, fundamental movements, flexibility along with other elements required to combat PD in a group setting led by Meg (our neuro PT). These classes are offered on a drop in basis weekly on Thursdays out of in Walnut Grove.
