New clients: CRA has changed the rules around authorizing a representative. You will now need either access to your CRA account or your most recent Notice of Assessment (at least 6 months old)
Authorization on current or past clients remains in place - no new action required.

Good news! If you forgot your CRA user ID or password, you may be able to register for a new credential online, no need to call us.

Get your most recent tax return and multi-factor authentication (MFA) information ready. To help keep your account secure, your old credential will be removed. https://ow.ly/eMAq50Y6wGk

The BC family benefit bonus has been removed, as of July 2025.

Persons with disabilities between the ages of 18 and 64 will be able to apply for the new Canada Disability Benefit as of June 20, 2025.

Service Canada En invitation letters for those who may be eligible will be issued shortly. If you do not receive a letter, you can still apply. 📬
