Before a single set shipped, we bolted them on one last time.
This is the final test fit of our new 7.3L Power Stroke exhaust manifolds, the last step in a process that started long before launch day:
1️⃣ Concept test fit with a 3D-printed manifold
2️⃣ Poured at the foundry
3️⃣ Machined in-house to clean up imperfections and ensure flat sealing surfaces
4️⃣ Painted for corrosion resistance
5️⃣ Test fit again on the truck, like you see here
