Our long-standing partnership with StructureCraft has been instrumental in creating opportunities for Triangle clients. Beyond providing valuable work experience placements, StructureCraft actively supports the program through workplace tours, presentations, and ongoing engagement with participants.

The federal government’s financial update outlines a plan to recruit up to 100,000 new Red Seal skilled trades workers by 2031. That includes $2 billion over five years for paid entry-level placements for youth to gain experience leading into apprenticeship, plus $262 million per year in ongoing funding.

The B.C. government was happy to see the additional investments in skilled trades, including the incentives for employers.

May 5th is Red Dress Day to honor victims and raise awareness of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and Two-Spirit people (MMIWG2S+). At Triangle Community Resources we stand in solidarity, remembrance and advocacy to end gender-based violence against Indigenous women.
