Choosing a mortgage that is right for your risk tolerance and goals is a true BALANCING act. Especially in a fluid rapidly evolving interest rate climate. So make sure you are educated about your options so you can be satisfied with your MOVE
Fixed: No change to payment schedule. The monthly mortgage amount will be the same. Principle repayment remains constant.
Variable:
1.ARM (adjustable rate mortgage)
Interest goes up and down your mortgage payment follows
2.VRM (variable rate mortgage)
Interest goes up and down; your mortgage payment DOES NOT change.
But!
VRM means your principle will be paid off late because your mortgage payments will go to interest more than decreasing the principle
