Come and join us at BlueBelize! We have a super team with a growing boutique B&B that will be celebrating 20 years in business, and are now looking to hire a full time live in manager.

We are looking for a person with the same skills and values as our current manager who would live on site, run the boutique B&B, and help to increase business. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years in hospitality at a minimum, excellent people and management skills, detail-oriented, self-starting and able to work independently, honest, trustworthy and hard working. Additional skills we seek with this post include good booking and financial management that includes proficiency with quickbooks, ability to support with marketing and social media.

Suited for an individual or a couple seeking a post in the quiet sea-facing community town of Punta Gorda, the Belize of yesteryear.

We are a Belizean business and prioritize hiring a Belizean for this post. We would only consider hiring a resident or non Belizean with the right fit, strong references and demonstrated success in the hospitality field and clean record. The contract is for a year with the possibility of annual renewal.
