Copalli Rum is a fresh take on a craft spirit and unlike any rum you have ever tasted. It is the product of our social and environmental mission. Our purpose is to preserve the rainforest by providing the people of Southern Belize with rewarding work and a way for them to support their families without relying on the logging industry. An industry that was destroying the region’s rainforest and disrupting the biodiversity of the fragile ecosystem.

ELEVATE: Your knowledge and game in the Art of Bartender. [We Make your Career, We prepare You]

During the training Class we will discover the expression & process of how to become a bartender and how to offer not just great cocktails but as well as a professional service.
The session will introduce you to The world of Cocktails 🍹 and prepare you on how to handle your field as a bartender. Learn innovative techniques and create amazing cocktails with a Sustainable Twist.

• Create zero-waste methods for Garnish and glassware. It will be a massive training where you will learn the art of Bartender like never before. It’s a 2 week training sessions from 8am to 11:30am.

WILL INCLUDE:
- Book with a pencil
- A Welcome Drink |
- 1 Cocktail Meet & Greet |
On the third Day of Training.
- Power Point Training
- A shirt for the trainings session “1 shirt”
With a design of the training program.
- Certificates upon completion
- A letter of recommendation
- A medal for the best Student
- Recommendation to a Job and immediately Hired.
