Chef Gloria provides cooking lessons in Hopkins, Belize. She will teach you hands-on how to create an authentic Garifuna dish.

Chef Gloria is passionate about preserving the cultural traditions of the Garifuna people who settled on the shores of Belize more than two centuries ago. Spend the day with her as she shows you how to prepare plantains, split and grate coconuts right from her backyard, and eat fresh fish caught in the ocean by her family the same morning.
