📣The poster for Japan Day 2025 was once again created by Mr. Adrian Chang.
We are deeply impressed by his enthusiasm to help build the event through his artwork, and we express our respect for his love of Japanese culture.
For that reason, he is joining us this year as the designer for Japan Day, helping with the event.

I am Adrian Chang, a hobby illustrator who loves Japanese pop culture but also the various quirks and aspects of Japan.

The Japan Day 2025 poster represents the colorful festival (祭 - Matsuri) atmosphere of Japan Day with a mix of pop culture and tradition. We can see the Japanese-Belizean duo at front, but also a familiar pair from Japan Day 2023 to the side. In the background, there is the lively scene of the festivalgoers and stands. More prominently and emanating brightly stands the festival tower (櫓 - Yagura), where the taiko drummer performs for the traditional bon dance, the ending act of Japan Day. Overall, it captures the combination of festival laughter and fun, along with the opportunity to explore and understand the Japanese culture.
