Easy Docs is a small startup company established by four students who currently attend the University of Belize. Easy Docs objective is to provide high-quality services in a timely and competent manner by collaborating with the Vital Statistics Unit of Belize to assist individuals in obtaining legal documents they may require. The service being offered is to apply on behalf of consumers and provide them with birth, death, or marriage certificates at an additional service fee of $50. With that then, our company is conducting a small test hoping to receive as much feedback as possible. As potential customers, would you be willing to pay for our service? If so, kindly state if you are a full-time worker, a student, or just over the age of 18 and so on. We aim to cater to all people; however, we would still like to know who’s mostly interested in our service, knowing our target customer and your personas. Thank you all in advance.
