POSITION
We are looking for a talented people with passion to digital transformation and automation. The dynamic role is a balanced mix between programming, solution architecture and presentation skills. You will be involved in many technical challenges in the areas of ML-models training process, highest data extraction accuracy and speed of data processing due to Deep Learning algorithms, highest speed of business process ex*****on due to modern tech. stack and innovative approaches.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive development of SaaS-platform modules
- Participate in architectural decisions, review the code
- Consult, collaborate and supervise the team members
- Communicate with the client within the project delivery

REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of production experience
- Experience managing a small development team (up to seven people)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, JQuery, JSP/JSTL, REST/SOAP, Spring (Core, MVC, WebSocket, AOP, Security, Integration), Hibernate, SQL, Git/Maven
- Experience with MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL databases
- Experience with other libraries/frameworks such as Kubernetes, Docker, Elasticsearch, Solr, JUnit, Tomcat
- Experience in Scrum
- English level is B2 and higher

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Machine Learning Engineer with a deep understanding of Machine Learning techniques and hands-on experience in creating predictive models.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating ML-models on the relevant platform
- Creating scalable data preparation pipelines
- Understanding the models provided by Data Scientists
- Managing experiments at scale

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Java
- Experience with Big Data (Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, H2O etc.)
- Extensive experience building scalable, high-performance distributed systems, systems that deal with large data volumes, n-tier, client/server, cluster and load balanced architectures
- Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux
- Experience working in the agile continuous integration/DevOps paradigm and toolset (JIRA, Git, TDD, Test Automation, Docker, Jenkins)
- Understanding of ML learning problems, bias-variance tradeoff, training / test / validation sets and cross-validation, overfitting etc.
- ML regression and classification problems, related metrics, their calculation and applicability
- ML data leakage and its prevention
- Hands-on experience with rule-based models
- Knowledge of Python (including Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn)
- English level B2 or higher

NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with KNIME/RapidMiner/other visual ML tools
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Data Scientist with a deep understanding of Machine Learning techniques and hands-on experience to identify and solve business problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development and validation of new ML models within our product (classification, clusterization etc.)
- Identify new opportunities to leverage data science to different parts of the product
- Research, patterns identification and formulating insights

REQUIREMENTS
- BS, MS or PhD degree or equivalent in physics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, signal processing or a related field
- 5+ years of overall hands-on technical experience
- 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning/Data Science
- Design, build and maintain large scale production ML pipelines
- Experience with high-load systems
- Hands on experience with ML concepts: regression and classification, clustering, feature selection, feature engineering, curse of dimensionality, bias-variance tradeoff, neural networks, SVMs, Naive Bayes, Decision Tree, Random Forest etc.
- Experience with NLP, NER
- Strong knowledge in Deep Learning approaches (BERT, GAN, CNN, POS, RNN, Stanford CoreNLP)
- Confident knowledge of Python (including Numpy, Pandas), C++, Caffe/TensorFlow/Keras/PyTorch
