DEATHS OF 5 PEOPLE WHO DIED AFTER TAKING COVID19 VACCINES UNDER INVESTIGATION

The National Adverse Effects Following Immunisation Committee, is investigating 5 deaths of people who died after taking covid19 vaccines.

The committee has been established to inform or advice BoMRA or the Ministry of Health and Wellness to brief the public about serious drug adverse reactions.

BOMRA Comunications Officer, Mbaakanyi Macheke told Yarona FM news that to date, the Committee members have completed the investigations of 11 such cases and that the committee will be meeting for final assessment of the 5 remaining serious ones.

Macheke said authorities will soon call a media briefing, where there will share with the public, what might have led to the death of these 16 people, after taking the COVID19 vaccine......

👉 With effect from today(Thursday May 07th 2020) midnight, therefore 0001hrs Friday May 08th 2020.

👉pink permit: is for employees only. for e.g. motho ne a le ko Tonota during lockdown, mme a theogella mo Gaborone. The employer is to do a pink permit for their employees. The permit will last for two weeks. Companies are to get it from/ arrange with their relevant ministries.

👉Online permits: every other person who does not have pink permit is to still use the normal application of permits e.g. via online or your nearest kgotla etc, to visit shops or access essential services. To go to funerals across towns will be allowed provided you have a permit.

👉Green permit: this will come into use after 2weeks from May 08th 2020, thus on May 22nd 2020. It will be for employees only just as was the pink permit.

👉From May 23rd Batswana will not need a permit locally / in your zone, as per the 8 allocated zones that Botswana has/will be divided in for example travel around Gabs or travel around Francistown. However you may require a permit to travel across zones.
