Big dreams take time to manifest!

Really over the last 4 years ive been in exploration and discovery around whats important to me, what i want out of life, and ways that i can create it.

It really started with healing, I integrated different parts of myself, got to know me, what i like, where my boundaries are, whats good for me, my talents, my gifts, my shortcomings.

Forming the blank canvas.

From this place of potential, instead of creating and starting to force something into existence, listening what the universe wants you to create. Purpose.

Its a process of downloading inspiration, listening to intuition and being open to receive the specific orders. Its way easier and more productive than being the egoic entrepreneur or artist.

Were just channels tasked with a certain duty, and if we dont act, it gets given to someone else.

And at some point you feel the inspiration and you have enough belief that you go for it… Like in really go for your dream.

So years of travel, inspiring connections and paradigm shifting experiences are finally pointing in a direction that i love.

And big dreams are not manifested alone… So here we go again. Another round of the Heros Journey!

Everything happens in its sweet time… we are launching Cape Towns first Social Wellbeing Club…

This idea has been in the making for the past three years and finally the pieces are coming together and i couldn’t be more excited!

Well be hosting the first activations starting 1st of May!

Another lever of the Journey! And another step out of my comfort zone…

Im in Dubai for a couple of days attending a Performance Marketing conference, stacking my skillsets and finding ways to add more value to the world… ive realised a hard truth, that not putting yourself out there and sharing your gifts and talents, is really an act of selfishness in order to protect ourselves. So 2023 will be an even bigger adventure, to find that balance between inner peace and outer impact!

On Friday i fly to Moscow to spend 6 weeks with and well go skiing in Sochi!

And then coming back to Cape Town where we have a beautiful new home and some exciting projects brewing!

Why do we procrastinate?

Of course you want to build your dream, but you also want to spend significant time with your family. You want to build that new health hobby and hit the gym for an hour and get ripped, but you also need to go to work and you are commuting and you need to find time.

You want to do better in a specific area of our life, but you have a full plate already… made up of other things that are also important.

Its not that you are not incapable, you have competing interests. There are so many things that are already important to you that stacking one more thing on, psychologically is freaking you out and shutting you down from taking action. Cause you know you are not clear on your real priorities.

You are going to have to give up on something to go into the new direction.

Sometimes we need to give up on something good, something that is working, and that is even more terrifying…

Its not that you are failing, its more that you are not clear about what your priorities are.

Each one of the things that you are juggling made perfect sense at some point. Is it still worth your attention today?

Get clear on whats important NOW. What gives you meaning NOW. Whats worth your time NOW.

When we are clear, action comes easy…
