“For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand elsewhere. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness.” - Psalms 84:10 (ESV)

This scripture is so true. I’ve done so much in this life that one would think could bring fulfilment and satisfaction to the soul, been to amazing concerts, performed in front of hundreds of crowds, been praised by multitudes, visited some of the best archaeological sites, toured nations, met celebrities and sought after sensual pleasures among other things — so I can confidently say better as a day in the house of God then anywhere else because I’ve lived it and seen it in my own life.

I do not have enough limbs to count the amount of days that I’ve woken up on the wrong side of bed or had the worst spell in life. But after entering buildings and gathering such as this my emotions and countenance are uplifted.

Maybe just maybe this God is real after all ;)

I love you Yeshua.

Did a solo set recently; no band & no accompaniment. Just me and the acoustic and my what an amazing feeling it was.

There was a tender feeling in that garden as I sang and strummed away. The best part of it all was seeing, feeling and hearing how my music was touching people’s hearts.

Music really is for the soul.

Passover Offering.
Double single release announcement — no promo, no buildup or pre-release strategy put into this.

2025 was one of the heaviest years for me and just when I thought things would start looking up life threw me a curve ball towards the end of the year. So I got home one day, pulled out my guitar and wrote a song that at first it’s title was “Never Left” but I felt it did not speak volumes about what the song was about so I changed it to “You Never Left Me” to put focus on the subject of my song, God, in relation to me.

I wrote the song, recorded it but right at the end something that has never happened to me while recording occurred in that room. I went from recording a song about God to spontaneously singing to Him in the extension of that song I later titled “You’ll Step In”.

For months I’ve tried getting this song (yes two songs) mixed and mastered but it just wasn’t gelling together in the manner I wanted then sometime last week I had the urge to just get the song out in it’s raw format.

Submitted this double single to my distributor in April 2 and now here we are on April 7; the day of my surprise release.

I hope & pray this song resonates with someone out there (I keep saying this song cause it really is one song split into two), as I invite my listeners into a melancholic part of my life where I decided to focus on God instead of what I was going through.

Allow God to minister to you as you listen in.

“You Never Left Me” & “You’ll Step In” are out now and available for streaming

Let me know if this touches your heart. 🤍

I enjoy being accompanied by a full band where we rock on and blow the roof off but there’s something amazing about being on stage all alone with only my guitar & voice at my disposal.

A dead quiet audience, buzzing strings and the raspiness of my voice while their attention is solely on the music & lyricism as they tell stories with relatable cadences and heart tugging melodies that are often lost in the loudness of the common sound but gently restored all at once from the first to last strum of the guitar.

Awestruck, grateful and expectant!
I can’t believe we recorded an album; looking forward to getting these songs out into the world, songs that testify about Jesus Christ and the Goodness of God which leads to repentance.

So many sleepless nights & a whole lot of sacrifice went into making this day possible. The emotional, physical and financial input so many people put into this event cannot be summed up by a simple social media post and because of that all I can say is thank you, thank you for getting on board and supporting my vision; I am forever grateful.

To the volunteers, the ones who came the night before to set up, to those that cleaned the entire floor from the hall to the restrooms, to those that ran around town acquiring material and resources , to the ones that left close to midnight when all one could hear were crickets and lastly to the band itself, thank you! I cannot wait for the world to see and hear what we tirelessly prepared for; this is truly God ordained and backed by the first ever Creative Himself, Jehovah Borre.

Before I wrap it up, major shout-out to everyone that bought a ticket, both those who came and who couldn’t make it. Believe me when I say this, “every purchase played a huge role in making this day possible” — to y’all I say thank you and God bless you.

What a way to start the year off, Yeshua is LORD!

Got the opportunity to lead a room full of teenagers and early 20s to the LORD; funny thing about this was I was just part of the team of msc meant to come and minister in song but Uncle Peter requested that I speak to the room from a young person’s perspective and I was privileged to witness these youth’s hearts drawn to Jesus — I’m telling you, you could see it on their faces that there was a desire to start living for Jesus Christ in a manner that’s befitting for a follower of Him.

Over 15 years ago I was one of those kids sitting in that room and the words said by people at my current age pointed me to being in this exact position.

God is good.
Thank you OBC for the opportunity.

Hey Zeus Deuce,
What can you say to us artists that feel you were part and parcel of the problem? To many of us we see this as you’re only talking because you’re no longer there.

I’m sure you’re saying things in this video that a lot of us have thought maybe even some stuff that were never brought to light, but why now and not then when you had the power to change it?

And I’m open to be corrected, maybe you had the right intentions but where’s the evidence of it? What can you say you’ve done for the industry as an executive not an artist?

“Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.” - Mark 10: 7 - 9 (ESV)

I stood to witness the union of one of my oldest if not the oldest brothers of mine’s wedding a little over a month ago.

What a priceless commodity it is to have a brotherhood that dates back to 1997; MB & I were born in the same hospital a month a part, went to the same Crèche, Pre-School, Primary & High Schools; story doesn’t end there we attended the same varsity and even served alongside one another in the same church.

Congratulations to the newly weds - let what God has brought together be separated by no one.
