We are proud to announce that Benco van Rooyen will be competing at the South African Open Water Championships in Jeffreys Bay from 6–8 March 🌊🇿🇦
Benco will take on:
• Mens - 3km
• Mens - 5km
Open water demands resilience, strategy, and mental strength: qualities Benco continues to demonstrate daily through his training.
We are incredibly proud of the discipline and consistency he brings to every session.

Every swimmer starts somewhere - and the right start makes all the difference.
At DMSS, assessments help us understand a swimmer’s confidence in the water, skill level and readiness so we can place them in the right Station and training group. This ensures sessions are safe, supportive and effective — and sets each swimmer up to progress correctly through our programme.
Placement is not based on age alone, but on what will help each swimmer build strong foundations and improve with confidence.

Term 1, 2026 kicks off on 12 January, with classes available for kids and adults.
