This past weekend, GABCON stepped away from the day to day and headed offsite for a focused strategy session. It was a chance to slow down, take stock, and honest conversations about where we've been and where we are going.

We reviewed our performance...we used that insight to realign our goals and sharpen our direction for the year ahead.

But it wasn't all work. The change of environment gave us space to unwind, reconnect and rebuild our energy as a team.

Sometimes, stepping back is exactly what you need to move forward with clarity and purpose.

MOESNA is an organisation focused on advancing maritime development across Africa.

GABCON recently had the opportunity to meet the delegation from the Maritime Organisation of Eastern, Southern and Northern Africa ( MOESNA), led by the Secretary General Mr. Kassim Mpaata. The delegation was on an official visit to Botswana, hosted by Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. Representatives from Business Botswana and other logistics stakeholders were also present.

GABCON as a port, plays a critical role in the logistics chain. We handle containers to and from overseas markets, working closely with shipping lines to ensure the smooth movement of goods.
