Please ensure your Beneficiary Nomination Form is filled out and submitted to BPOPF or NMG Administrators Botswana. Please also leave a copy with your employer.

Members are required to fill out the Nomination of Beneficiaries and submit to BPOPF or NMG Administrators Botswana. Members are also requested to submit the filled out form to the employer to add to your file.
