Job Title: 𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧

A tire shop in Mogoditshane is looking for the services of a full time 𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧 to join their dynamic team and support their mission of providing top-notch service.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
We have an immediate opening for a Tire Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting tires on client vehicles, making necessary repairs, and installing new tires and wheels. You will also perform tire rotations, balancing, and other maintenance tasks. Adherence to all safety protocols is essential as you work in our shop. Our ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and responsive, ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their vehicle needs.

𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

-Inspect tires on vehicles before and after installation
-Perform tire rotations, balancing, and other maintenance tasks
-Follow all safety protocols while working in the shop
-Provide excellent customer service

Senior School Qualification
Some professional experience removing and installing tires preferred
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and prepare cash, ledger, and journal books
• Perform accurate bank reconciliations
• Prepare trial balances and management accounts
• Create financial statements and reports
• Enter financial data into accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Oversee payroll management
• Handle monthly budgeting and forecasting tasks

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification
• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Additional Requirements:
A valid driver's license is a plus but not required
